The 63km course ranges from a minimum elevation of 70m (Seseragi Park) to a maximum elevation of 516m (Hachikoku Peak).
It is a challenging course featuring the typical topography of Echigo, characterized by small mountains scattered throughout, with repeated ascents and descents.

Note: In the 2023 event, there were 3 aid stations,
but in the current event, there will be 2 aid stations and 1 water supply point.
The 22km course ranges from a minimum elevation of 70m (along the Shubui River) to a maximum elevation of 348m (Okuni-touge). The initial and final sections passing through the village have a higher proportion of roads,While the mid-section along the ridgeline features steep and repeated ascents and descents.
2.5Km
The 2.5km course is open to participants aged 3 and above.
For preschool children, parental accompaniment is mandatory (free of charge), and for children up to the second grade of elementary school, parental accompaniment is also free.
There are also sections with ropes for climbing along the way, making it a course suitable for enjoying with your children or grandchildren.
