✈️ How to Get Here

The race takes place in Oguni, Nagaoka City, in Niigata Prefecture — about 3 hours from Tokyo.
The nearest major airports are Niigata Airport and Tokyo’s Haneda Airport.
Niigata Airport has domestic flights from Sapporo (New Chitose), Sendai, Nagoya (Chubu Centrair), Osaka (Itami), Kobe, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.
Among them, Nagoya (Chubu Centrair) offers international connections, making it a convenient option for overseas participants.
From Tokyo, you can reach Nagaoka Station by Joetsu Shinkansen (bullet train) in about 90 minutes, then take a local bus or drive to Oguni — approximately 1 hour.

🚗 By Car

From the Ojiya Interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway, take Route 291 → 404 → 403 to Oguni (about 30 minutes).
From the Nagaoka Interchange, take Route 8 → 404 → 403 to Oguni (about 50 minutes).
From the Kashiwazaki Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway, take Route 252 → 291 → 404 → 403 to Oguni (about 40 minutes).

Parking is available at Oguni Forest Park and the Yorakukan parking area.
As parking lots near the venue will fill up quickly, please follow the directions of the parking staff.

🚉 By Train / Bus

From Nagaoka Station, take the Echigo Kotsu local bus bound for Oguni Shako (Oguni Bus Depot).
This is the most convenient and reliable way to reach the venue, as both train and bus connections are limited in this rural area.
The ride takes about one hour.

Although it is also possible to take the JR Shinetsu Line to Tsukayama Station or the JR Joetsu Line to Ojiya Station, and then transfer to a local bus for Oguni,
please note that the number of trains and buses is very limited.
Unless you are staying overnight in Ojiya or nearby areas, we recommend taking the direct bus from Nagaoka Station.

The final stop, Oguni Shako (Oguni Bus Depot), is about 1.3 km (20 minutes on foot) from Oguni Forest Park, the start/finish area.

For reference, you can download the bus timetable (PDF) for the route between Nagaoka Station and Oguni Syako.
