(1)Entry

I can no longer participate due to unforeseen circumstances. Can I transfer my entry to a friend?
No, race entries are non-transferable.
I can no longer participate in the race. Can I still receive the race souvenir?
Race souvenirs are available for pickup at the venue only. A representative can collect it on your behalf. If you cannot pick it up at the venue, please contact the event office “Team Oguni.” Shipping is available via cash-on-delivery.
Will ITRA points be awarded?
The 63 km race is planned to award 2 ITRA points this year.
I registered via RUNNET Global but haven’t received my race bib.
For overseas participants, notifications are sent via email. On race day, please present this email at the reception to receive your bib and timing chip. If you do not receive the participation confirmation email by Monday, June 9, please contact First Innovation.

(2)Race Check-in

I will not make it in time for check-in. What should I do?
You must check in during the designated time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the race.
Can someone else check in on my behalf?
No, participants must check in personally. If you have special circumstances, please contact the event office in advance.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
Please bring your participation confirmation email and the required gear:
Personal cup,Hooded rain jacket,First aid kit (bandages, antiseptic, etc.),Bottles with a total capacity of at least 1L.Your confirmation email will be checked, and you will receive your bib and timing chip.

What should I do if I drop out of the race?
If you retire due to injury or health issues, please wait at the nearest aid station. A shuttle will take you to the finish area.
Do I need to carry all mandatory gear during the race?
Yes, all mandatory gear must be carried in your backpack. If you are found to be lacking any required items, you will be disqualified and unable to continue.
Can I continue running after the cutoff time?
No, if you exceed the cutoff time, you will be disqualified on the spot. Running beyond this point is not allowed for safety reasons.

2 Transportation & Parking

Can I park at Oguni Forest Park on race day?
Yes, parking is available in front of the Yoro-kan building. However, the former SL Plaza parking lot is reserved for staff. Please follow the staff’s instructions when parking. The walk from the parking lot to the check-in area takes about 10 minutes, so plan accordingly.
How can I reach the venue using public transportation?
From JR Nagaoka Station (Joetsu Shinkansen, Shinetsu Line, Joetsu Line)
 Take a bus from Otteguchi Stop #3 to Oguni Shako (approx. 65 minutes). From there, it’s a 1.3 km walk (about 16 minutes) to the venue.
From JR Ojiya Station(Joetsu Line)
 Take a bus to Oguni Shako (approx. 40 minutes), then walk 1.3 km (16 minutes) to the venue.
From JR Tsukayama Station (Shinetsu Line)
 ake a bus to Oguni Shako (approx. 25 minutes), then walk 1.3 km (16 minutes) to the venue.
Note: Bus and train services are limited, so please check the schedules in advance.

3 Venue Information

Are there changing rooms at the venue?
Yes, the second floor of the shop in Oguni Forest Park serves as a changing room, but there are no lockers. You may leave belongings there, but please do not leave valuables.The event committee is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Check the venue map for the changing room location.

Does the Yoraku-kan building at the venue have a hot spring?
Yes, Yoraku-kan is open until 5:30 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). A separate bathing fee applies.
