Terms & Conditions
Participants are deemed to have agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Important Notes upon submitting their registration.
- During the race, the organizer will provide first aid for injuries or illnesses caused by falls or accidents, but assumes no responsibility beyond emergency treatment. The organizer is also not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Changes to race category or cancellations due to personal circumstances are not permitted after registration.
- False declarations regarding age or gender, or participation by anyone other than the registered runner (including proxy runners), are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification.
- In the event of race cancellation due to natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, snowfall), incidents, epidemics, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, the organizer will determine whether entry fees will be refunded and, if so, the amount.
- No refunds will be issued for the reasons stated in the previous items, nor for overpayments, duplicate entries, or entries submitted outside the designated registration period.
- If the number of applications exceeds the capacity, your entry may become invalid even if the entry fee has been paid within the payment period. In such cases, the amount will be refunded by registered mail after deducting the handling fee.
Important Notes
| Automatic Timing | This race uses an automatic timing system. Please attach the ankle band with the timing chip securely to your ankle and do not remove it until you finish. Remember to wear your bib number on the front of your chest. Please return the timing chip after finishing. |
| Course Mistakes | We do not accept any claims regarding course mistakes. Please check the course map before the race. Course checking or running on the course after the race has started is prohibited. |
| Race Suspension or Cancellation | The organizer may suspend or cancel the race if safe operation becomes impossible due to natural disasters, serious accidents, or other critical situations. During the race, runners may be stopped to allow emergency or official vehicles to pass, or due to traffic conditions. No time adjustments will be made for delays caused by such measures. |
| Accidents During the Race | In case of injury or illness during the race, the organizer will provide first aid and handle the situation within the coverage of the accident insurance provided. The organizer assumes no responsibility beyond this coverage. To file an insurance claim, runners must report any injury on the race day. If you require coverage beyond the limits of the provided insurance, please obtain additional insurance on your own. |
| Accident Insurance | The organizer provides standard accident insurance for all participants. |
| Health Management & First Aid | Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and that no medical issues have been identified by a physician prior to entering the race. If you feel unwell before or during the race, you must stop running or withdraw from the race immediately and notify a staff member or course marshal. |
| Personal Belongings | We do not provide baggage storage. You may leave your belongings in the changing room, but the organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. |
| Prohibited Items | Use of spike shoes. Pacing by bicycle, motorcycle, or similar vehicles. |
| Waste Disposal & Environment | To protect the environment of the course and event area, please dispose of trash only in designated locations or take it with you. |
| Other Notes | If you withdraw from the race due to illness, injury, or any other reason, you must contact the emergency number provided. When encountering general hikers on the mountain trails, please yield to them and give priority. |

- The rights to use images, photographs, articles, and race records of participants during the event—whether on television, newspapers, magazines, or the internet—belong to the organizer.
- The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information and will handle all personal data in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.
- Personal information will be used for the purpose of providing better services to participants, including race guidance, result announcements, event-related notifications, and information about future races.
- The organizer or its contracted partners may also contact participants to confirm registration details when necessary.
