This Sunday is the Echigo Country Trail 2024. The weather forecast for the day is sunny, with a high of 29°C. It looks like a fairly good race day. Please make sure to have a solid hydration and salt intake plan.

１　Items to Bring on the Day

（１）Participation Notification Emails

　Please make sure to bring your participation confirmation email to the race check-in.
　We will use this email to verify your registration and provide you with your bib and timing chip.

（２）Regarding Mandatory Gear（For 63km and 22km race participants only）

　Please make sure to bring the following mandatory gear with you as we will conduct mandatory gear checks near the registration area　

My Cup
Hooded rain jacket
First aid kit (band-aids, antiseptic solution, etc.)
Bottle with a total capacity of 1 liter or more

※Mandatory gear checks will be conducted during registration. Bibs will only be issued if all mandatory gear is present.
※ Mandatory gear must be carried with you throughout the race. If you are found to be lacking mandatory gear during the race, regardless of the reason, you will be disqualified and unable to continue the race.

２　Access

（１）Arriving by Car

　Approximately 20 minutes from Ojiya Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway. Approximately 40 minutes from Nagaoka Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway.
