The Echigo Country Trail course includes not only trails, but also farm roads, village roads, and public roads.
While course markings will be in place, we strongly recommend loading the GPX file onto your GPS watch or smartphone before the race.
Please also make sure you have prepared all mandatory gear before race day.

Mandatory Gear(63 km and 22 km races)
- Personal cup (for use at aid stations – no disposable cups provided)
- Rain jacket with hood
- First aid kit (including adhesive bandages, disinfectant, etc.)
- Bottles or hydration pack with a total capacity of at least 1 liter
