Participants of the Echigo Country Trail 2024 have the option of utilizing tent sites on Saturday, June 15th. There are only 12 tent sites available, and advance reservation is required.
Details on how to apply and reserve are as follows.
Methods for Reserving Tent Sites

※Reservation applications for tent sites must be made by participants of the Echigo Country Trail.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please apply early.
Important Notes
- Submitting this reservation form does not guarantee confirmation of your reservation. Please await confirmation from the Executive Committee Secretariat.
- Each application is for one tent site per person. Only one tent is allowed per tent site. A maximum of five people can stay at one tent site.
- Payment is accepted in Japanese Yen cash only.Please note that credit cards are not accepted.
- If you need to cancel, please be sure to contact the office.

For example, for 1 site with 3 adults:
¥1,400 (site usage fee) + ¥800 × 3 people = ¥3,800
When you arrive at the campsite, please proceed to the Yoraku-kan located within the Oguni Forest Park for check-in. Payment for the tent site usage fee and entrance fee is required in cash at the time of check-in.

Check-In: June 15th (Saturday) 13:00 – 16:00
Check-Out: June 16th (Sunday) 18:00
※Check-in will be conducted at the same time as the race registration, but the location is slightly different. After checking in, please proceed to the race registration area to complete your race registration.”

Miscellaneous
- There are no streetlights at the campsite, so please set up and take down your tents before sunset.
- You may use the baths at “Yoraku-kan” (Closes at 9:00 PM).
- Please note that “Yoraku-kan” and the campsite will not have on-site staff at night.
- Open fires are prohibited within the campsite.
- Please use the parking lot in front of “Yoraku-kan” for your vehicles. (Parking within the tent site is not permitted.)
- There is a designated route for carrying in your luggage. After unloading, please promptly move your vehicle to the parking lot in front of “Yorakukan.
- We cannot be held responsible for theft, accidents, or loss of property during your stay.
